Refund Policy
At Land of Watches, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, if you need a refund for any reason, please review the following terms
Refund Eligibility
• Order Cancellation Before Shipping: If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping service, you can cancel it, and your invoice will enter the refund process.
• Product Return: If the product is returned according to our return policy (vacuum seal is intact and within one month of shipping date), a full refund will be issued after the item’s condition is verified.
• Out-of-Stock Items: If your selected product becomes unavailable and you choose not to replace it with an alternative, a full refund will be provided.
Refund Method
Refunds will only be issued to the same bank card used for the original purchase. The processing time for the refund will be a maximum of 72 business hours.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are only refundable if there is an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong or damaged product). Otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping and return costs.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please submit your request through your user profile or contact our customer support team. Once your request is approved, the refund process will begin.
