Cancellation and Replacement Policy

1. Order Cancellation:

• Customers can request to cancel their order before the order is shipped. In this case, the invoice will enter the refund process. 

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is only possible based on the return policy.

2. Product Replacement:

• If the selected product becomes unavailable for any reason, the customer can choose: 

a) Replacement with a new product of the same value. 

b) Refund of the paid amount.

3. Return and Refund Conditions:

• Products are vacuum-sealed and can only be returned if the vacuum packaging is not opened. 

• The return period is one month from the shipping date.
